MACRoCk VIX announces second wave of bands!

MACRoCK is proud to announce our second wave of bands for MACRoCk XIV on April 1 + 2, 2011:

Cannabis Corpse, Inter Arma, Pianos Become the Teeth, S. Carey, Timbre, Super Vacations, Invisible Hand, 1994!, The Extraordinaires, Snack Truck, Dangerous Ponies and Pujol

Unfortunately The Soil & The Sun and Hot Lava are no longer able to play MACRoCk XIV due to some unforeseen complications, but we’re hoping they’ll be around for next year’s conference!

Please remember to submit your applications! The deadline is coming up and the applications must be postmarked by Feb. 1st, 2011. If you have any questions about this process, email: benmacrock@gmail.com

We’re back!! and… here’s the First Wave of Bands!

Hello from MACRoCk! We’ve updated our website and made some changes to the page at different places, take a look around!

We also have the first wave of bands to announce!

Snowing, Screaming Females, Turbo Fruits, Algernon Cadwallader, Woe, Withered, Brooke Waggoner, Antlers, Gifts From Enola, Ocoai, Eternal Summers, and Heavy Cream.

We are stoked for MACRoCk XIV and all the festivities it shall entail, we hope you are too! There are tons more bands to be announced, so check back in two weeks (January 26th!). If you are interested in playing MACRoCk, applications for bands are located under the “Bands” section of the site. In the mean time, follow us on TUMBLR, twitter, facebook, myspace, live journal and xanga!”
